Bitnami Support for Installers, VMs and Cloud Images will be Available on GitHub as of June 30th, 2022
| Bitnami Support for Installers, Virtual Machines, and Cloud Images will be Available on GitHub as of June 30th, 2022 We have some news to share. To provide a unified experience across all the Bitnami solutions, we will move our support for installers, virtual machines, and cloud images to GitHub. This change will be effective on June 30th, 2022. Meanwhile, the Bitnami Community site will remain open in read-only mode until July 15th, 2022. Therefore, Bitnami users will be able to find support in just one place for all the solutions they are running! You may have some questions that we hope we can help answer: - Can I still open a new topic on community.bitnami.com before June 30th?
Yes, until June 30th you can still check out the Community site, but remember that after that date, the site will be open in read-only mode. We strongly recommend starting to open your issues on our new GitHub repository. - What will happen with the existing threads and topics that are published on community.bitnami.com?
We are going to migrate the most relevant content of this site to the new GitHub repository, but if you miss something, please do not hesitate to open a suggestion issue. - How can I submit a request to the new Bitnami support page?
Navigate to https://github.com/bitnami/vms/issues and open a new issue. Our support team will be happy to help you there. For more information about the new Bitnami GitHub Support repository, please check out this blog post. Best regards, The Bitnami by VMware Team
